It's nothing to be worried about, and it probably means that you're becoming more aware of the opposite sex and their interesting features. I'm 19 and I still may have the odd sexual dream every now and then, but that's probably to do with the fact that I know I'm not going to get any real action before I get married, lol. Yes, my girlfriend has made that quite clear.

Yea basically, don't break a sweat over these dreams. It's perfectly natural at your age. I remember my very first dream like this. I don't think I'll try and explain it, haha.
